Wire-O or also called O-Ring Binding in Malaysia is a book binding method where loose sheets of paper or cards are bound by a metal double wire formed into a shape of a comb. The metal comb is then affixed to the books or calendars that are already punched holes with a press machine (closing process).

We provide wire-o binding service or some people call it wire bind or spiral binding or O-ring binding. We have many sizes of wire-o available to suit various thickness of the book block or calendars.
Hole Punching Services
Your paper needs to be punched holes before wire-o or spiral binding process. We can punch the holes with the pitch required. You can choose 2:1 pitch or 3:1 pitch currently available is square holes.
Wire-O Calendar Bind
We can punch, collate and bind your printed materials into a calendar. Just supply us the printed materials in large sheets and we can do the rest.
Wire-O Binding Processes in Our Factory
Automatic Wire-O Punching Machine JBI
Cut sheets of paper or card are placed into the machine, and is fed automatically and punched holes for spiral wire binding. The punched sheets are collected with a conveyor and stacked.
Gathering Punched Notes into Books
After wire-o punching, loose sheets of paper are gathered or collated into sections and then into books
Spiral Bind Closing Processes
Our machine automatically feed the cut wire and we put the books into the wire for closing (or pressing) of the wire.
